A Few Words About Myself
Welcome to my blog! My name is Elena, and this is my blog related to the things I like the most – my TeachersPayTeachers store, Linguistics, Sanskrit, Writing, and Teaching!
For almost 15 years, I have been teaching English and Finnish to children and teenagers of different ages and levels. However, I cannot say that teaching is my passion. Sanskrit is. Writing is. Linguistics is. I love everything about foreign languages and writing. I love learning foreign languages, reading about them, speaking them, and even writing about them.
I have got a Master’s in Linguistics & Translation. I have studied in Russia, India, Finland, and the Netherlands. I never regretted choosing Linguistics!
I love traveling and seeing new countries. I have been to almost all countries in Europe. I visited Mongolia once! I visited India multiple times. I must admit that my heart and soul belong to this country. I love traveling in Russia, where I live. I will try to write something about the unique places I have seen in Russia.
I opened my TpT store in May 2020 just out of curiosity, and suddenly creating educational resources became my one more passion. It is my creative outlet!
At this moment, I feel that there is a necessity for writing a blog.
